A sonic and visual account of a self lead journey towards healing following FYFYA WOTO as she embarks on a meditative pilgrimage in honor of Mawu Sogbo Lisa, the creator and essence of life as the portal to true liberation and knowledge of self.

Written, produced and performed by the artist herself in her Harlem apartment, this EP serves as a look into a more intricate and evolved offering following her two EPs Ngiwunkulunkulu and FYFYA WOTO.

Fluidly fusing elements of trap, afrobeat, house, soul and psychedelic funk among other vibrations, Abot continues to develop her own dynamic Afro-Hypno-Sonic sound which she describes a wave of high frequency Afropsychadelia. Both terms coined by the artist herself.
