A photo of a Ghanaian Ballet dancer represented Grammy-winning American singer, Alicia Keys’ message this year on International Women’s Day On March 9.
Araya Afrika, the lady whose photo was used by Keys recently joined Jeremie on Lifestyle Cafe, Live 91.9 FM‘s mid-morning show to talk about her reaction when she saw the post.

The self-taught ballerina also spoke about how she coined her showbiz name, and other interests in the entertainment world.
Born Edith Adasi, she has a degree in Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
She is also a singer.
