Angel Town, manager of Ghanaian act, Sarkodie has advised Shatta Wale to stop the unnecessary attacks on his colleague artistes.
He called on Wale to work on a new strategy aimed at promoting his upcoming album instead of attacking other Ghanaian artistes.
“I have seen him attacking a lot of artistes perhaps to promote his album, even to the extent of taking it out on Sarkodie recently, yeah, but I think asking all these guys to help you and putting them together on a tour is the way to go, not fighting over kingship titles.” suggested AngelTown whilst hosting ‘StarBuzz’ on TV XYZ.
Wale, early this month stated that Sarkodie’s fans are killing his career.
His claim followed the backlash from the latter’s fan base because of his comments on Hitz FM.
Wale stated on the show that the ‘Glory’ rapper doesn’t brag about properties because he doesn’t have any.
“Hey @sarkodie fans behave kwraa cuz your boss when I meet him and I tell him these things everytime …so shut up and shut up ..You ppl deh kill his career” reads a tweet posted by Wale.
He also lashed out at people who compare him to Stonebwoy saying it is “a big foul” because they are on different levels.
Wale claimed his experiences in the Ghanaian music industry makes it unwise to compare him to any artiste.
“When I hear people comparing Stonebwoy to me on the radio I laugh. When you interviewed me in Kumasi, it was in 2003, by then Stonebwoy was not out. So you don’t have to compare me to him. It’s a big foul.” explained Wale during an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM
