Ghanaian artiste, MzBel has asked the president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwaa Akuf0-Addo to “kindly step down” and let former president John Mahama take over as the country’s first citizen.
Her statement is based on what she says is the inability of the Akufo-Addo government to fulfill campaign promises made to better the lives of Ghanaians.
A video posted online finds the ’16 Years’ artiste slam the president for his poor performance, suggesting that Mahama will do better to aid frustrated citizens.
‘’Misleading president! But bro Willie if you will accept, kindly step down so those misleading you be put to shame and accept that he has been misled so that Mahama can take over,” stated MzBel, who supported the candidacy of Mahama during the 2016 General Elections.
“How could the misleaders misled a grown man like that, the misleaders don’t respect at all.’’
Her comments follow claims by the Presidency that Akufo-Addo was misled by former Energy Minister, Mr. Boakye Agyarko on the details of the controversial AMERI deal.
