A question of whether women feel confident with or without make-up inspired Television Host, Berla Mundi to take off her weave and make-up live on her Television show Friday afternoon.
“The whole idea of today’s show was to let young women understand that we wear makeup on tv because it’s part of the job. But it doesn’t define who we are. So me taking it off was to signify my confidence in my own skin even on air.” explains Mundi,
The topic for discussion on Friday’s edition was “Female grooming and beauty enhancers.”
The Late Afternoon Show delves into social issues, real life stories and lifestyle from the point of the young, fun and vibrant adult.
With a mixed bag of everything that is discussed among the new generation, the show tends to identify with the emotions of people whiles seeking to answer often asked questions on health, wealth, fashion, cuisine, entertainment and more.
Each episode will tackle a specific theme and topic with experts, personalities or celebrities coming in to share peculiar and outstanding stories about themselves and others in order to inspire, advice and inform viewers.
The idea is to have a show that borders on all aspects of life to cater for various age brackets depending on their mood and interest.
It shows on Ghone TV every Monday and Friday at 4pm and on DSTV Channel 361, and brought to you by Niche Chocolate, Electroland Ghana and Lifestyle Gallery.
