TV Host, Nana Aba Anamoah says her former employers, TV3 Network relieving her of her duties was “for the greater good.”

She told Ricky Rick on Drive Entertainment on Empire FM that the suspension “completely changed how I see things.”

“Moving out of TV3 has completely changed my life; it has completely changed how I see things … but they say sometimes things happen in your life and you might think it’s a problem but God just puts you in that situation so you can move on. What happened two years ago, even though I thought it was such a big silly joke, I think it happened for the greater good for me.” explained Anamoah.

About two years ago, Anamoah was suspended by the Kanda-based station for unprofessional attitude following an alleged involvement in an “online information and photo theft.”

Weeks later, she wrote a letter to the management of the station stating her decision not to return from the suspension imposed on her.

“I find the decision by the management and board of TV3 to suspend me rather disappointing and a sign of ingratitude from an organisation that I have committed twelve years of my adult life to.” read part of her letter.

Anamoah joined GhOneTV in December 2015. She is currently the News Editor of the EIB Network owned station.

She won three awards at the 2017 Radio and Television Personality Awards (RTP): ‘Personality of the Year.’ TV Female Newscaster of the Year,’ and ‘TV Female Personality of the Year.’

Anamoah is the co-founder of SN Media Learning Tree, an institute dedicated to delivering effective and efficient methods in sharpening the skills of media personnel through both proven and innovative methods.
