Black Starlets of Ghana booked their place in the final of the 2017 Africa U-17 Nations Cup after a dramatic 6-5 penalty shootout against Niger in Port Gentil, Gabon.

Emmanuel Toku scored to send the two-time champions to the final.

The Black Starlet will battle against winner of the Mali-Guinea game for the ultimate on Sunday.

Eric Ayiah, the skipper of Black Starlets is the joint top scorer in the competition with four goals.

The national U-17 team have qualified to the FIFA U-17 World Cup in India later this year after winning their 2017 African U-17 championship opening group games against Cameroon and Gabon.
