Studio 53 Extra c0-host Sika Osei is “learning how to take criticisms in good faith”.
In a special cover interview with Glitz Africa Magazine for their latest issue, she talks about the challenges she’s faced since she become famous.
“criticism and learning how to take criticisms in good faith regardless of whether the person giving it is from a bad place. So it’s just the criticisms and the fact that you are now public property and every Tom, Dick and Harry can just come at you from any angle and you are supposed to get along with it,” she told the publication.
“Number two, just knowing who to trust, because its an industry where everyone is out for themselves so you are thinking, who is really out there for you or being genuine or those who are there for ulterior motives. I don’t get enough family time. My family is starting to turn against me so I need to create more family time. And I think it’s also because I don’t stay here. But to be honest, I don’t think I’m famous. I’d be very honest with you, I think I have a long way to be able to achieve my definition of fame.”
Osei joined Studio 53 Extra two years ago. She is a former Phamous TV Host and has acted in movies including Shirley Frimpong- Manso’s Grey Dawn.
