Local rapper Vic Mensa was part of last night’s protests and is seen clashing with the police in a CBS news report (at the 1:30 mark).

In another video posted on Twitter, he calls for “justice for Laquan” and “justice for our people” while also saying police put hands on him. He later tweeted, “hands put on me by police was inaccurate. fighting police.”
